看不懂的英文

上次去法拉盛
又拿到一張 ticket
是在付費停車場內拿到的
實在沒道理

下面那張照片裡左上角的牌子
說我那裡不能停
我怎麼可能看到？



通常我碰到這種事
都花錢消災
不再浪費精力跟那些忘八蛋計較

但這次實在不服氣
賭二十塊跟它抗告
（自動認罰減 $20元， 只要交 $75)

因為紐約市政府
可以上網， 不用出庭

現在判決下來了
應該是不用罰
但理由不是我對
是他們程序不合

我還是不服
不過不用罰錢就好

The respondent has been charged with violating Traffic Rule 4-08(c)(4) by standing or parking a vehicle where standing is prohibited except for authorized vehicles so designated by a rider attached to such posted sign. Upon application of the respondent the summons is dismissed because it does not comply with Vehicle and Traffic Law §238, as the summons fails to state the vehicle authorized to park at the cited location. Dismissal is not on the merits of the case presented.
